A GREAT BIG LONG BEACH LOCAL CHAPTER THANK YOU!!!

The locals are gearing up for our arrival…one of the perks of conference planning is getting to know the area local chapters, and they are always such a great support! They organize their members to come over prior to the start of conference and do everything from stuffing bags and organizing registration packets to folding the conference t-shirts, and anything else in between. So when you check in and pick up your conference bag, all stuffed and ready to go…thank the local chapter! It would take an army to do all they do for us at conference. At their most recent local chapter meeting, they were promoting the conference and giving out Long Beach door prizes. You can follow the Long Beach local chapter on Facebook so you’ll recognize them at conference.

  1. Thank you for giving our chapter such great recognition! As a Long Beach native and a long time member of the AAPC I can't tell you how proud I am to have the conference in my home town this year! The Long Beach Chapter is gearing up to assist the AAPC in any way we can to help make conference a great experience for every one! Get ready to learn, have fun, make new friends and enjoy Long Beach!

  2. Keep Monday morning (April 4th) open. We plan to gather early (6:00 AM) on Monday at the convention center for an easy AAPC walk around Shoreline Park to the lighthouse and back (one mile each way.) Maps for this and other goodies from the Long Beach Chapter will be in your conference bags or available at our chapter concierge table near registration. Just another way for us to get together and see some of the beautiful Long Beach harbor area. You'll be back with plenty of time to grab breakfast with the exhibitors and prepare for the rest of your day at conference! So bring your walking shoes and cameras and plan to start your conference experience with a walk by the water!
